Conducted Emission Testi<\/p><\/div>\n

T\u00fcrk\u00e7e’ye Ba\u011flant\u0131 Ucu Bozulma Gerilimi testi olarak \u00e7evrilen Conducted Emission testi Elektromanyetik Uyumluluk (EMU\/EMC) testlerinden bir tanesidir. Conducted Emission testi ile test edilecek \u00fcr\u00fcne ait kablolardan ya da I\/O portlar\u0131ndan yay\u0131lan elektromanyetik istenmeyen sinyaller \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr. Uygulanacak test standard\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fmekle birlikte genellikle 9kHz-30MHz aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki istenmeyen sinyaller \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerek uygulanan test standard\u0131nda belirtilen limitin alt\u0131nda olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 test edilir. Conducted Emission testinde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclen de\u011fer gerilim oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in uV (micro volt) ile ifade edilir. Frekans spektrumu ve test standartlar\u0131ndaki limitlerin daha anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu birim logaritmik ifade ile yani dBuV olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr ve standarttaki limitlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Conducted Emission testinden kullan\u0131lan EMI Receiver ile tarama (scan) yap\u0131larak sinyallerin tepe (peak) ve ortalama (average) de\u011ferleri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr. EMI Receiver’da yap\u0131lan tarama sonucunda Peak ve Average \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 test standard\u0131na belirtilen limitlerle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Peak de\u011ferleri i\u00e7in genellikle Quasi-Peak (QP) limitleri verildi\u011finden tarama sonras\u0131nda manual ek \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekebilir. Conducted Emission testini uygulayan EMC testi uzman\u0131, QP \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerini tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn testten ge\u00e7ip ge\u00e7medi\u011fi ile ilgili de\u011ferlendirme yaparak testi tamamlar. Testler sonras\u0131nda IEC\/EN\/TS EN ile ba\u015flayan test standartlar\u0131na uygun \u015fekilde test raporlamas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Conducted Emission testi ayd\u0131nlatma sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden savunma sanayiine kadar bir\u00e7ok sekt\u00f6r\u00fc yak\u0131ndan ilgilendiren bir EMC testidir. Bir\u00e7ok \u00fcr\u00fcnde kablo ya da I\/O portlar\u0131 bulundu\u011fundan buralarda olu\u015fabilecek elektromanyetik etkiler di\u011fer \u00fcr\u00fcn veya sistemleri etkileyebilir. Bu etkile\u015fimin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmesi i\u00e7in EMC testlerinden biri olan Conducted Emission testi uygulan\u0131r. Conducted Emission testi ile ilgili olarak g\u00fcndelik hayattan \u00f6rnekler de verebiliriz: elektrikli s\u00fcp\u00fcrge \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken ayn\u0131 ortamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir televizyonun etkilenmesi. Elektrikli s\u00fcp\u00fcrge ile televizyon ayn\u0131 \u015febekeden beslendikleri i\u00e7in ortak bir besleme a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kullanmaktad\u0131r, e\u011fer elektrikli s\u00fcp\u00fcrge elektromanyetik olarak \u015febekeye istenmeyen sinyaller yay\u0131yorsa buna conducted emission diyoruz. Conducted Emission testi s\u0131ras\u0131nda testten kalan \u00fcr\u00fcnlere \u00e7e\u015fitli modifikasyon ve Ar&Ge \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yap\u0131larak testten ge\u00e7mesi sa\u011flan\u0131r. En \u00e7ok bilinen modifikasyonlar EMI filtre kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, topraklaman\u0131n g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesi ve EMI\/EMC uyumlu malzemeler kullan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin 10MHz’de limitin \u00fczerinde bir yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 olan bir elektrikli \u00fcr\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde bir filtre(R-L-C) tasar\u0131m\u0131 gerekebilir.
